We offer independent, specialist surveyors who are fully qualified to both P402 & P405 level. They provide the perfect solution to enable the client to comply with CAWR (Control of Asbestos at Work) Regulation 4 'The Duty to Manage', on a national level.
Asbestos Surveying:
We provide a 'no obligation' quotation service to clients whatever the requirement. Surveys are carried out by our professionally trained surveyors to MDHS100 standard & we carry out on-going quality control audits to maintain the highest standards of working practice.
Asbestos Risk Assessment:
The survey is completed with the presentation of a complete risk assessment & management strategy which acts as an asbestos register & a log for ACM's (asbestos containing materials) on the premises. It is the foundation of the 'Duty to Manage Asbestos' regulations within
Industrial, Commercial and Non Domestic Premises.
Asbestos Recognition & Determination:
As already stated, our surveying techniques meet all MDHS100 requirements & all samples are sent to UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) accredited laboratories for independent impartial analysis, providing clients with the best possible service and results.
As Environment Agency Licensed Carriers of Hazardous Waste we can also assist clients in the disposal of bonded asbestos material such as corrugated cement sheeting commonly used to clad factory, farm and garage buildings.
